The roles we most regularly recruit into are:
Commercial Leaders: These are individuals who create value for our business by having a fusion of high-end consultancy skills. Clients come to us, and stay with us, due to our end-to-end approach. This requires commercial leads to not only design client solutions, but to sell them in, manage client relationships to the highest standards, and to deliver their own programmes working with the wider team.
Consultants and Senior Consultants: Individuals who are first and foremost business consultants, but with one or more areas of specialist expertise. An example of this could be an organisational development specialist with previous consultancy experience. These individuals are able to take a business brief and design and deliver world-class solutions in their field of expertise. All of our consultants are able to facilitate at a senior level, as well as design broad solutions that may flex across different business disciplines.
Programme Managers: Individuals who are expert in managing complex projects on time and on budget, often on an international basis. Our programme managers live and breathe client service. They combine this with a deep understanding of our areas of expertise, with an approach that values making new ideas possible. They work in partnership with our consultancy team.
Business support: Individuals that support the consultancy team. These include our in-house graphic design, video and web studios, finance manager and professional operations and administration team.

Whilst we work with a number of expert Associates on client programmes, the majority of our work with clients is designed and delivered by consultants in our core DPA team, due to their depth of understanding of the client's business.
Occasionally we require additional support for high volume projects or to bring in specific expertise. This approach enables us to deliver a consistently high quality of service.
