As part of our commitment to client satisfaction, DPA places a strong emphasis on ensuring consistently high standards. Our accreditation to the International ISO9001:2008 quality standard dates from 1995. Our performance is regularly verified through external audits.
Investors in People: Gold recognition
DPA has held Investors in People (IiP) accreditation since 1997. In 2010, DPA was awarded Gold recognition by IiP, placing it amongst the top 0.8% of companies in the whole of the UK in terms of people management and leadership, and this is reflected in staff satisfaction. Many large organisations are planning to invest millions of pounds to achieve this standard, so DPA is very proud to have been one of the early adopters.
Other memberships
In addition, many individuals within DPA hold professional memberships relevant to their areas of expertise. These include membership of the Institute of Directors, the British Psychological Society, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the National Union of Journalists and the Institute of Public Relations.
